Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that we are currently in a pre-order stage, meaning each item is made after your order is placed.

Because of this, estimated delivery times are:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Shipping Time: 2–5 weeks

At this time, we only ship within the United States (more regions coming soon).

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. However, refunds or exchanges may be approved at our discretion.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please submit a claim through our Contact Us page.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrect

Contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Any damage claims submitted after 30 days of delivery will be considered the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for delays or delivery issues.
